It’s less like a juggle and more like those tennis ball machines that randomly fire balls, and you don’t have a racquet.
The 21st of October marks one month into my reign and let me tell you they aren’t lying when they say how fast time passes! Crowning night will forever remain my favourite blurry daze of a memory.
I was extremely lucky to spend a week in paradise with my family before flying home to begin my reign. After my short hiatus, I returned to my full time job with renewed energy to tackle gender inequality in the workplace and am excited to see where we as a community can drive change in this space.
In the last month, I have been overwhelmed by the support and generosity of the sponsors for the Aussie Power Pageant. A massive thank you to Vani-T Australia who sponsored my journey in Miss Global Australia. I cannot thank you enough for supporting my dreams - I am looking forward to sharing the next year with you and all the sponsors who support women in Pageantry.
I am excited to share my experiences over the coming year - I have some exciting announcements coming soon, so watch this space! I want everyone to experience every part of the year with me and hopefully be inspired to keep working for their dreams. Thank you to all those who have reached out to share your individual career journeys - your stories give me strength and determination that together we can make progress.
The last month has been filled with full time work, study, interviews, photoshoots, community events, charity work and in my free time (haha!) planning every detail for the International Finals where I will have the honour of representing my country on an International scale.
It’s less like a juggle and more like those tennis ball machines that randomly fire balls, and you don’t have a racquet and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
